Description
These super-dexterous, ultra durable and breathable gloves deliver maximum functionality all season long. We accomplish this with a design and materials that maximize breathability and grip texture - supple soft leather on the palm, pliable softshell on the back of the hand, and a fixed liner with just the right amount of our proprietary dense Breathefil™ insulation. This glove has range!

- FINEST LEATHER PALM – our premium cowhide leather is tanned and treated to be butter soft, and highly water-resistant for exceptional grip and dexterity.
- NEW NEOPRENE CUFF - the re-designed cuff is slimmer fitting with an even more stretchy hook and loop closure.
- FIXED LINER – super-soft fleece and Breathefil™ insulation.
- BREATHEFIL™ - we developed our proprietary insulation to minimize hand sweating by maximizing breathability. This makes the temperature range exceptional for a light glove
- PROTECTION PATCH - double leather thickness on the palm for work glove toughness.
- WRIST GLOVE LEASHES. (Removable, if that’s your preference.)
Between sizes?
- If you have longer fingers go with the larger size.
- If you have short or normal fingers go with the smaller size.
- If you like a roomier glove that will pack out less and be a bit warmer (more space for your hand to breathe), go with the larger size.
- If you like a glove that will break in more for optimum dexterity go with the smaller size.
- Most customers generally prefer the larger size.
A note about Free the Powder Gloves
Free the Powder gloves are made from soft cowhide leather and flexible, stretch softshell so they will break in more than most ski gloves. The leather is very grippy, so dexterity will not be adversely impacted by gloves that are a bit roomy. Our founder and head designer's original vision was a glove that could be warmer (and roomier) and still allow him to manipulate backcountry gear.
