Returns & Exchanges
You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase. We accept items that are in the original unused new condition that you received them. We are not a gloves loaner service. If you use them, they are yours.
You will not receive a refund if the gloves have been returned to us worn/used/altered, determined at our discretion. Used gloves or those returned in poor packaging condition will be returned to you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock, as is common this time of year. Spring/Summer inventory very low.
Domestic Returns
To make returns easy, we offer a USPS shipping label for $8 ($12 for 3 pairs and $15 for 4 or more pairs). The label is $4 for return of just an accessory item. They must be returned in the condition you received them. Used items or those returned in poor packaging condition, determined at our discretion, will be returned to you. The flat-rate shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
How returns work: Our returns portal is self-service. You will be able to issue yourself a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). You will then be issued a pre-paid US Postal return label that you will download, print, attach to suitable packaging and drop in the mail. This label will expire within 2 weeks of issue date. Once we receive the gloves, we will process your refund within a couple of business days.
REQUIRED: all returns must include invoice or order number with written return instructions. Without instructions the return will not process. The pre-paid label has enough postage for the original packaging. Use of other packaging / BOXES will result in the package being returned to sender. Click here to start a return
USED ITEMS, DETERMINED AT OUR DISCRETION, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FACTORY SECONDS ARE CLOSEOUT ITEMS -ALL SALES FINAL.
International Returns & Exchanges
We cannot issue return labels for international orders. Return the new unused item with the courier of your choice and we will issue a refund of your purchase. If you need a different size place a new order for the new item. International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within a few business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
