Warranty

For the original buyer from freethepowder.com we guarantee our ski gloves to be free of manufacturing defects for 1-Year after purchase. Manufacturing defects pertain to structural deficiencies in the gloves. It does not include wear and tear or damage from use.

Warranty Claim Process:

• We must see the item before any warranty determination is made. Please contact us and we will issue you a Warranty Return Authorization Number with return address. Customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. 
• If the ski gloves you purchased from freethepowder.com has a covered defect, determined at our discretion, we will repair or replace the item, depending on the nature of the defect.
• Normal warranty determination and return time is about 4 weeks from receiving the item during the ski season (November-March). Off-season (April-October) the time is about 8 weeks. 

Warranty Exclusions:

We do not warranty items against normal wear and tear (such as regular everyday use, ski edge cuts and abrasions), general dissatisfaction with used product, sizing issues with used gloves, unauthorized modifications or alterations (such as use of alternative leather treatments and substances, overuse of leather treatments), improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the item is used for a purpose for which it was not designed (such as heavy rope tow use or rope work). Our gloves are highly water-resistant, not water-proof. No ski gloves are "water-proof" so loss of water-resistance is not covered under warranty. Warmth is subjective so it is not covered under warranty.

Past Season's ski glove models at closeout, Factory Seconds and accessory items are excluded from warranty.
